[Dsg-hallc_nps] Can you consult on a HV control problem ?

This appears to be the same problem we experienced with the nps-hv1 crate last week.
The solution was the same. The EPICS service had to be disabled and restarted again.
We also had to power cycle the crate.
All of this was possible remotely via the web app.
Is this not something that they have access to in Hall A?
It appears that they had to do all of this in the hall.

Ralph Marinaro and a small team fixed this in hall A.  Here is their log entry

Largely what's happened here is that the CAEN HV units are fairly new to hall A
(we had LeCroy before), and Steve Wood implemented an EPICS controls, but then
retired.  Steve did leave a legacy of Wiki instructions.  And I asked Ralph to review
possible improvements to that Wiki.  I know that the DSG group has experience
with these HV crates -- I believe its the same kind as NPS has -- so that's why
I reached out.  But then Ralph and his team were quick to fix things.

It looks like the experimenters fixed their problems.   So, there's no urgency now.
I've asked them to document the experience in the HALOG logbook.

We're using the CAEN mainframes in Hall A.  Steve Wood set up a lot of the
EPICS, I think they use CS Studio.  Now, some hall A workers are having trouble.
See the logbook below.  Are you able to consult on this ?  It might be something
simple, but sadly we are ignorant, or at least I am.
