[Dsg-hallc_nps] CAEN issues resolution

Hi All,

Just wanted to provide an update  regarding the issues with the CAEN crates for NPS.

After some testing of the high voltage crates since the visit from the CAEN engineers and changing the EPICS service names for both of the NPS high voltage crates, it appears as though all issues have been resolved.
Since the changing of the service names (it turns out they were identical to other crates already in use by Hall C) no random parameter set point changes or voltage oscillations have been noticed.
Also, EPICS commands have been received by both crates on the first try.
