[Dsg-hallc_nps] DSG-NPS R&D Meeting Minutes

Hi Everyone,

The DSG has a weekly R&D meeting to discuss the progress of the project.

A couple of highlights:

  1.  Created a new softIOC to host NPS PVs with the intention of using LabVIEW as an EPICS client instead of an EPICS server
  2.  Debugging problems with database records which are causing the PVs to be unavailable from softIOC
