[Dsg-hallc_nps] CAEN high voltage issues

Hi,

After the visit by the CAEN engineers one of the problems has been resolved: the pins on the board-mounted connectors have been potted to prevent unseating.
As of my last conversation with Simona, the problems with the channels' parameter setpoints randomly changing and voltage oscillations outside of specifications still persist.
We have received the license to enable scripting and data logging through the crate from CAEN and will conduct more testing to see if we can reproduce the problems.
