[Dsg-hallc_nps] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: NPS Chiller Alarm

Two of the back crystal zone temperatures were reading as -0.00 (which is not possible), and the crystal zone chiller temperature was reading as -25.01.
Disabling the two temperature sensors brought the system back to an OK state.
The high voltage and chillers were able to be turned back on.
Investigating further as to why or how these three sensors were reading back odd values, I determined that a system reboot was necessary.
This resolved the issue fully and all sensors are enabled and their readback values make sense.
I'll continue to look into why this happened in the first place as it's not obvious why the sensors suddenly started reading back unusual values and why a system reboot fixed the problem.
