Was informed that all of the crystal zone (front and back) temperatures were reading back -7777 C.
This value means that the Keysight mainframe was unable to scan a particular channel or multiplexer.
Since all of these sensor values read back -7777 C, which is across 4 different multiplexers, it led me to believe that there was an issue with the Keysight mainframe itself.
During debugging I tried to send the mainframe the reset command, but was unable to communicate with the mainframe remotely.
We had to make an escorted access to Hall C and I unplugged the mainframe and plugged it back in.
I also had to restart the thermal readback LabVIEW program.
Once the program was up and running again, all sensor values were normal.
There is no way, currently, to remotely power cycle (hard reset) the mainframe. There is only a soft reset of sending the mainframe the reset command if communication with the mainframe can be established.
If this happens again, someone will have to manually power cycle the mainframe.
A solution to this would be to connect the Keysight mainframe to a remote power controller like we've done for both of the chillers, and connect that to a relay module in the cRIO.
That way I can remotely power cycle the mainframe if necessary.
I believe we have a spare, but if we do not, I'll go ahead and order one.
