[Dsg-hallc_nps] NPS cable way

Hi Chris,

The NPS has moved from EEL 108 to hall c. They used a cable riser in EEL 108 to route cables during testing. That riser is still in EEL 108, inside the DIRC cleaning area. It only has 3 legs and is resting against a column and is not mechanically secured.

Could you contact the owner and have it removed and/or disposed of.
