I got the okay from Julie to reinitialize the Keysight. I spoke with Aaron and he told me the procedure for doing so.

This has been completed and Julie reported that the temperatures all came back.

This is also in a logbook entry: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4287329

For reference regarding the chiller leak here’s a logbook regarding the repairs done by the Hall C technicians: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4287275

Hi Julie,

I tried calling but didn’t want to play phone tag.

Just let me know when you want to do the reset and I can. I already talked with Aaron and for him reinitializing the Keysigh is just rebooting the cRIO, which I have access to.

Good morning,

Aaron mentioned this morning that he is on vacation until May 2 and asked me to contact you.

This morning, while we were working on the NPS chiller, we accidentally bumped one of the input cables to the Keysight that reads the temperature on our calorimeter. We reset that cable, but unfortunately, some of the temperature readings have been lost. While the system is redundant enough that we don’t need those temperature readings to operate, it would be much more convenient for us to operate in nominal conditions. Usually, Aaron reinitializes the Keysight for us. If you could assist with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Please call me to coordinate a suitable time.

Can one of you do this reset for us?

Take care,

Julie Roche
