Hi Julie,

I spoke with Marc and he says that we can do the testing tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM if that works for you.
There is a bit of prep work that would need to be done before we could start the testing.
Mitch mentioned that he would bring down the SAMTEC end of the cables from off the top of the detector so they would be at a good working height, and you mentioned that you may want to unplug all of the cables before we start testing.
Also, we would need you to let us know which HV module we should use for the testing.
If this could be done by 3PM tomorrow then we can get in and get the testing done.

It shouldn't take more than 1 hour, but let's plan for us being in the hall between 3 and 5 PM.

Also, as I mentioned in our earlier conversation, there should be an additional 5 spare cables somewhere.
We fabricated 40 HV cables and there are currently 35 in the hall (30 in use and the five we plan to test).
Perhaps Brad or Simona would know where the additional spares are located?

Best,
Aaron

Subject: NPS to resume taking data on the 17th

Aaron,

It looks like NPS is going to resume taking data on Wednesday the17th instead of the 22. Tuesday, the tech needs to install some shielding and the platform will be unaccessible.

Can you look at the HV cable tomorrow Thursday or Friday? Please let me know and I will make sure we are not in your way.
