I'm still waiting to hear back from NI on pricing/lead-time if we were to RMA the chassis. The tech support pointed to a KB article saying that the warranty would be voided if the power supply was removed, but 1) we haven't removed it and 2) the warranty is already expired.

Since I expect that to be a slow/expensive process I'm just going to go ahead and order some 3rd party fans and a power supply so it will be available as a spare sooner.

Unfortunately, the supply used is quite old and ones with it's exact specs aren't easily available any more (most of the ones I've found are listed under the discontinued/legacy sections on vendors websites), so I'm going to order one that has enough capacity based on the power requirements of the newest controller and the ADC cards.

I asked Marc to order them with a PCard since they're available from Amazon.
