Hi Tim,

No, power in the magnet is not needed.

The PXI terminal blocks will be disconnected from the magnet and the test leads connected to the PXI so the magnet circuit isn’t needed at all.

Hi Tim and Hovanes,

Since Hall D is open for a maintenance period, it would be a good time to also do the ADC calibration for the Solenoid's PXI.

Can this calibration be scheduled for this coming Monday, August 22?

The general plan of action would be:
1. In the morning (~9:00AM), move and set up our DC calibrator to Hall D at the PXI
2. Power on calibrator and leave it for a few hours to let it warm up to its normal operating temperature
3. In the afternoon (~1:30PM), start the calibration of all PXI ADC modules

Is there anything I would need to do before starting Monday (disabling any alarms, filling out a task list, scheduling with someone else, ...)?
