[dsg-hdice] Pump cart lock-out

Hi,

Mindy, Sahin, and I will be working to generate the wiring diagram for the HDice pump cart. In order to safely work on the pump cart all sources of energy need to be identified and locked out. We have all obtained LTT training and will be purchasing locks on the BOPS account. After turning off and locking out energy sources, someone from the HDice group who is familiar with the energization of the pump cart will need to inspect the lock boxes to ensure all sources of energy are turned off and locked out. I will be present for the lock-out inspection.
