[dsg-hdice] Pump cart safety meeting minutes

Hi,

Today Mindy, Sahin, Marc, Xiangdong, Mike, Todd Kujawa, Bert Manzlak, and I met in the HDice lab to discuss safety for work to be performed on the pump cart. It was discussed that the UPS's will be powered off and unplugged, and the power cords from instrumentation to the UPS's will be secured with lock-boxes. Any other sources of power will be identified and locked-out before work on the diagram can begin. Power cords need to be labeled and only those with LTT training may work on the cart during this time. The cRIO was powered off and the replacement of the new cRIO can begin immediately.
