[dsg-hdice] Pump cart cRIO

Hey Mike,

The new cRIO has been installed in the pump cart. It has been added to the LabVIEW project file (in the folder on the desktop titled "New cRIO") and is ready to be tested. Please let me know when you are going to test the pump cart.
