[dsg-hdice] Power for the new NMR rack

Hi Amrit,

We are making good progress with the help of Amanda's iterations during the
ongoing tests - thanks.

At the bottom of the new rack there is a panel with three lights on the
front, one of which is out. That unit was built by Werth Teachy during the
previous incarnation of your group. I believe it just contains three
isolation transformers, but it bothers me that one of the lights is off. I
can't yet point to what might not be working, but that light might be a
warning of some bizarre behavior that might show up if voltages aren't
right. Could someone in your DSG look into it? I'm not sure who is the most
appropriate person.
