[dsg-hdice] Power for the new NMR rack

Hi Andy,

Amanda and I looked at the unit, which does contain three isolation transformers as you guessed.

The lights are tied to the secondary coil, but we did test the box and the transformer that the light is connected to works, so you can continue to use the box.

We'll see about finding a replacement indicator.
