[dsg-hdice] NMR program test

Hi Amanda, 

I'm not using the rack 1 this week. You can test the program. 

I am thinking about working with the DSG to develop a new way to measure NMR signals with our existing hardware and software. It involves mainly the data processing with labview. The new method will utilize existing NMR rack, and FRS program with several additional data processing steps (and maybe also magnet control). I will explain to you (or DSG if interested) in details later. If succeed, we will have a brand new way to measure the NMR, which will also make the target polarization monitoring during the UITF eHD experiment much easier.
