Ok, I will talk to the computer center for installing Windows 7. Please keep in mind that I might not be able to talk them into it, since I don't have enough knowledge to argue about the Labview timing issues between Windows 10 and Windows 7---which is obsolete and we have to migrate to the Windows 10 in a few months. I'll try my best but you might need to provide the necessary answers, should those questions arise.

Hi Xiangdong, 

Since you are the owner of the computer, it is best that you contact the buyer / computer center to set up the computer for Windows 7, along with the group login request and the request to keep the computer from going to sleep. We would like to stress that it is important that the computer be Windows 7, to eliminate possible timing issues that may arise with Windows 10 and the NMR program.

The new computer was ordered, PR #380231 with CCP R 160680, one week ago. The status, at this moment, is still ASSIGN_BUYER. You should be able to call the buyer for the update and the IT for setting up the windows. A screenshot of PR is attached here.
