Hi Amanda,

A big problem is looming. IT has said it will disconnect from the network
any PC running Windows 7 sometime next year. Once disconnected, the LabView
code will no longer be able to verify the Lab license and the NMR programs
will grind to an immediate halt. There is no sense in postponing the
conversion to Windows 10. The new PC that is coming for rack #1 should be
configured with Windows 10. I understand that the timing may well be
different on W10 vs W7, and that you would like to verify your LabView code
before the upgrade to W10. The PC now on rack #1 is running Windows 7. It
does hang periodically, but it¹s alive for sufficient periods to allow
testing. You should carry on testing with that machine, and then undertake
whatever changes are necessary to function under W10 when the new machine
arrives.

The Rack 2 machine will also have to be upgraded from W7 to W10.

Thanks,...Andy
