[dsg-hdice] Broken capacitor

Hi Amanda,

I just measured the replaced and the spare “nominal 2200uF” capacitors. The former is indeed 2300uF, but the latter is only 28uF. The electrolyte inside must dried out. The attached pictures shown the measurements.
