Found that the IBC-axial was using the wrong field value for the power supply; old value was 196.06 G/A changed to 185.93 G/A. This value is used when converting between field and current.

This manifested itself as the field always being lower than requested and causing timeouts/slowdowns while the program would wait for it to get to a field it never could reach.
