[dsg-hdice] [EXTERNAL] Test Files for H5 format

Hi Tom,
I was able to convert the Excel file you sent to H5. It is attached.
I can't get to the Zurich lock-in amplifier over the network, but I remember in the meeting yesterday it was mentioned that that rack has been moved, so I'm guessing the Zurich lock-in amplifier has just been disconnected from the network.
If you can, could you see if the attached H5 file can be read into the lock-in amplifier? If it works, then we'll at least know the format that the H5 files need to be in.
Thanks,
Tyler

Thanks, Tom.
I'll take a look and see what I can find for converting to H5 format.
Tyler

Hi Tyler,
Here is the test CSV file we'd like to convert; it's the file called Average Background (Reference) of 50 Sweeps.
Basically, we saved a 50 sweep run at B=1.05T to find an average sweep to use as our background/reference trace. I averaged the 50 sweeps and saved just the result as a CSV file to hopefully import into LabOne after converting it to an H5 file. H5 files are the only file type that LabOne allows you to recall past traces live to use as reference traces to see the actual signal in real time.
I'm also including the original save file from LabOne with the Raw Data, Transposed Data, and Average just in case.
