[dsg-hdice] [EXTERNAL] Test Files for H5 format

Hi Tyler,
I found the location of the log files for LabOne. It's a plain text file.
I'm attaching the most recent log file if you want to take a look. The
most recent events at the bottom. Though at first glance, it looks like it
doesn't contain any error information from when I try to load the H5 file
you sent.
