[dsg-hdice] Zurich lock-in amplifier availability affects fsNMR development

Hi Tyler,

I'm not running anything at the moment. The Lock-In is available for you
to use.  Do you need access to the PC too?  If you do, I'll log off.  If
not, the Lock-In Amplifier is free to use.
