[dsg-hdice] Zurich lock-in amplifier availability affects fsNMR development

Hi Xiangdong and Tom,

LabOne still says that the lock-in amplifier is in use by 129.57.86.128 (HDiceNMR4's IP). See attached screenshot.

LabVIEW won't connect to it unless the device is available and not in use.

Hi Tyler,

I'm not running anything at the moment. The Lock-In is available for you
to use.  Do you need access to the PC too?  If you do, I'll log off.  If
not, the Lock-In Amplifier is free to use.
