[ee] TCS meeting on Thursday

Hello Everyone,

This Thursday is the last opportunity for a TCS meeting before the CLAS 
submission.
The meeting will be at 10 am EST in F227 (i.e., the usual location).

Rafayel will show results of the latest fits/simulations. The plots can 
be found at

Please note that you have to log in with your CUE username and password 
to view.

You can, as usual, find the latest version of the proposal at

The top two entries are the pdf file and a tar ball of the tex files.
There should be a slightly updated version available tomorrow morning,
with more updates to follow after the meeting.
