[ee] TCS in SoLID

Hello Everyone!
A new year - a new PAC. This time we were thinking of submitting a TCS
proposal for SoLID, which would be very complementary to the proposal
for CLAS12 that we submitted last year. It would clearly be a follow-up
measurement, but the different acceptance (in particular the continuous
phi-coverage of the solenoid) would be very important for a solid
experimental understanding of the measured distributions, and the higher
luminosity would allow narrower binning.
In terms of writing, the new proposal could borrow the previous one, but
it would be nice to, for instance, show projections for the tau or eta
dependence in addition to -t, and take advantage of the theoretical
progress in the understanding the NLO corrections.

Thus, we were thinking of starting regular bi-weekly meetings. Two times
have been suggested - 9 am EST on either Wednesdays or Thursdays. Please
let me know your preferences. If neither works for everyone, we can make
a doodle poll. At our first meeting Zhiwen wanted to give an update on
e+e- detection and acceptance in SoLID.
Best Regards,
Pawel
