[ee] TCS meeting next Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Given the responses I have received, it seems that the best time for our 
bi-weekly meetings would be Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:30 am EST.

Let us try to start next week, i.e., on Wednesday, February 20 (in F228 
for local participants). However, since this first meeting will coincide 
with the CLAS12 workshop,

Zhiwen will give his presentation about SoLID at 10 am, during the 
coffee break in the morning session. This way everyone will be able to 
attend his presentation even if they participate in the CLAS12 workshop. 
I will try to set up the conference call at 9:30 EST for an introductory 
discussion.
