[ee] TCS and JPsi wiki

Hi Pawel,

Yes It is good idea to change the name.
TLC might be confusing a little bit.

Since it is going to cover more subjects, rather than just only TCS 
(e.g. J/Ps and Pentaquark), it might be worth
to choose more general name, e.g. "Lepton Pair",

Please let me know if there are suggestions/objections, and by the end 
of week I will
ask CC to change the name, whatever we choose.
