[Eesic] Hall C Cables and Equipment

Hey Everybody ,

if you installed any equipment in Hall C during this down period, Walter 
K. has asked that you remove any tools, empty cable spools, partially 
full cable spools, miscellaneous cables not being using and trash you 
currently have down in the Hall ...starting today.

I did see spare Heliax cable, partial cable spools by the Diagnostic 
Rack, the Orange octopus Rick provided and tools.
If you took the stuff down there... Please be responsible enough to take 
it out.
