[Eesic] Hall C Lock up

Hey Everyone,

For those that did not attend the Hall C HKS meeting today and those 
that did *that may have missed this*.
Once Hall C locks up and starts taking beam,
Any EESIC personnel entering Hall C for equipment repairs or tweaks
must first read Hall C's new Conduct of Operations and Sign it prior to 
entering Hall C
*once up and running*
 the Document will be provided on line to read, however the signing
book will be in Hall C Counting House.......Don't forget.
