[Eesic] Hall C Qweak meeting

Hey Everyone,

Hall C is still a Hard Hat Area even if the crane is down.

We have about 3 weeks to get our cables out of the cable tray
feeding the last diagnostic rack in Hall C. With those same
3 weeks we need to dismantle the New Diagnostic Racks
we built just for HKS and relocate any of this equipment
being reused over to the Old Hall C Racks were the
viewers and other SEE bpms on IOCSE17 are located.

Also if you are running any new cables inside the Alcove or
reconfiguring your cables in the Alcove for Qweak,
 now is the best time to get your cable
job done since most of the girders are out of the way,
should make for a far easier cable reconfig or new installation.
