[Eesic] Important EESIC meeting at 1:30pm today

Good Morning Everyone,

All EESIC personnel involved with Hall C Qweak and Simon Wood need to 
attend a 1:30pm meeting today with Butch Dillontownes
here in building 87, we may have to move to a different building but be 
ready for the meeting.

This meeting is to go over all elements from the Hall C Shield Wall to 
Hall C's Dump,
Not all Vacuum elements were on the Jay B. Dimad or first Round drawing 
that Butch provided plus there
is some elements on the Compton Chicane made by MIT that Vacuum needs to 
support.
Butch just wants to make sure everyone gets together at one time and 
nothing is left out.


Also from the meeting, to get into Hall C's alcove you need to wear a 
harness as the stairway has
been removed.

Also the cables in the cable tray to the New Diagnostic Racks  in Hall C 
need to be removed by the end of this week.

Also NO equipment is to be stored on the Hall C cable trays including 
the area just at the entrance into Hall C where
you would pick up a key if the Hall were in controlled access. If you 
have any Hardware in this location, RadCon insist
that you have them survey it and then get it out of the Hall and off of 
the cable trays, NO EXCEPTIONS.
