[Eesic] Hall C Qweak meeting info

from the Hall C Qweak meeting today,

#1 Once Hall C opens up here at the end of Oct. we have 2 weeks to 
disconnect all cables
from the entrance of the Alcove into Hall C that lead to the Pivot Girder.

Also any diagnostic cables to girders or equipment after the Pivot 
Girder need disconnecting also.
Neil Wilsons group is starting at the back of the Hall working towards 
the Alcove.

With that being said all cabling and electronics Downstream of the pivot 
Girder need disconnecting
as soon as the Hall opens then the cables from the pivot girder to the 
alcove need disconnecting
and removal. These cables have to be dropped to the floor and to the 
left of the alcove opening
because the walls inside the alcove are going to be painted.

All cables in the alcove will have to be disconnected and placed in the 
cable trays out of way of the
reconfigurations and painting.


#2 The new Diagnostic Racks we installed for Hall C HKS will be 
relocated to a new permanent location
to be used for Qweak, this new permanent location which will be 
permanent for 12Gev also has not been
decided on yet, details are to come from Bill Vulcan.

#3 The Diagnostic names I gave you are remaining the same, nothing has 
changed.
