Neil Wilson gave an overview of the removal schedule.  More detail next 
meeting.  Everything should be out and the alcove painted by 
mid-December.  He's been authorized to hire four contractors to help.

Cables within the alcove can be coiled and placed in the cable tray. 
Cables extending into the hall can be retracted, coiled, and left on the 
 hall floor just to the right of the alcove as one is looking into the 
alcove from the hall.

Permanent location of accelerator instrumentation racks in the hall has 
not been decided.  A meeting with Bill Vulcan in the hall is needed. 
Dave Gaskell will arrange it.

Assembly drawings for regions 1 and 3 were signed off.

Eight M15 BPM cans need to have their wires aligned.  Four will have to 
be retrieved from MIT.  Spool pieces may be provided to MIT as 
substitutes during Compton chicane vacuum system assembly.  Katherine 
Wilson knows where the on-site cans are.  Pete Francis will contact her.

It is likely that disassembly of HKS will begin on October 29.
