[Eesic] Qweak meeting

Good Morning EESIC,

not much of a Qweak meeting today,
only thing to pass down is that the Hall will be opening
October 29, 2009, they might ask for extension
but Right now October 29th is the opening,

Remember we have 2 weeks to remove cable and beam line
harware during that time, Neil Wilsons crew will start
at the end of the Hall i.e dump and work towards the alcove.

We will definitely need a cable tag team again like we did for
the cable installation, unless everyone wants to work alone,
however team work would work out better.

We should plan to disconnect the cables from the New Diagnostic
Rack Locations first

then work on the cables from the pivot girder to the alcover

then the cables and hardware inside the alcove.

If you have not come up with the software support needed for
your Qweak Hardware you may want to start working on that
and the documentation for it as well.

No status as to where the New Racks we installed for HKS will
be moving to.
