[Eesic] New "brick" phones. Direct connect issues. Helpful information

Some of us have been having issues with the "Direct Connect" feature
(Formerly "push-to-talk" on the Nextel phones).
If you notice it too often giving you a "connecting" screen with
spinning ring and elevator music but no actual connection, performing a
"soft reset" will get it working again. It involves turning the phone
off and removing the battery for 30 seconds.

Also, signal strength seems to be poor to no signal in the service
buildings and tunnel.
