[Eesic] No work in tunnel early

Good Morning Everyone,

Hate to tell you guys this but if you have plans of working early in the 
tunnel this week and next week at least tell Tuesday
"FORGET ABOUT IT". The tunnel is in Power Permit every evening (from 
midnight to  8am) until Next Tuesday so far.

Poor Scott Windham came in this morning early to work downstairs and 
found the machine in Power Permit tell 8am.

Its Pretty hard to have a SAD that doubled/ tripled your work load and 
now you find that your available time in the tunnel
can be limited at times also.

Even I was not aware (until this morning) that the tunnel  would be in 
Power Permit everyday until 8am this week and at least until next Tuesday.

Looks like Saturdays and Sundays are Ketchup Days :).
