[Eesic] tunnel work on weekends

Hey Everyone,

even more bads news, Scott talked to Steve Suhring and apparantly the 
tunnel will be locked up round the clock on the weekend for SRF 
commissioning.
so no tunnel work on Weekends and that may even mean no work in some of 
the Services buildings on the the Weekends also. We will have to get
some more info from Steve Suhring on exactly where work can take place 
on the weekends.
