Gentlemen,
I still have an 1/8th or perhaps a 1/4 of Angus beef still unspoken 
for.  If interested or you know someone that might be, let me know. 
Below is a summary of what a 1/4 of beef consists of.

Meat from a 1/4 of beef typically weighs 140-160 lbs (depending on the 
animal's size).  From that one gets about 1/2 of the meat in 1-lb 
packages of hamburger.  The other portion consists of: a rump roast, a 
1/4 brisket, a few chuck-roasts, and several packages of steaks (t-bone, 
ribeye, sirloin, round steak - usually two each per package), a package 
or two of soup-bones, and some containers of fresh liver.  Tongue and 
heart can also be had if desired.
