[Eesic] Inj Cables

Neil had asked that we would pull the rolled up cables closer to the 5D cable tray to make the 1/4 cryo exit smoother. Seth and I tied the cable  loops out of the way. In the future,  we may want to do the same to keep from having anything snag our cables.
