[Eg6_analysis] GEM package code

Hi All,

After implementing the latest Raphael's GEM modification, I have processed;
as a test, a
file "01" of a run 61695. Its output files are located at:
/work/clas/claseg6/top_dir/pass0_ngm/.
Please take a look to those files and let me know if everything seems fine.
That might be the
last test before launching the next cooking pass after the DC calibration
check is done!

I would like to mention that Stepan has suggested to save all the output
formats of the upcoming
cooking on the tape Silo including the BOS files. So as test of my scripts,
I have saved this
test's output files in: /mss/clas/eg6/production/pass0_ngm/.

Best regards,

Lamiaa
