[Eg6_analysis] couple of problems

Hi Lamiaa,

Your point is well taken. Reason I started with this file is it was on the
cache disk. Later I was jcache another file from your good run list.
But the point I want to make here is that we might have good runs
that have last one or may be few files are bad. This runs must be
some how saved. This DAQ issues could also be source of what you
noticed in your previous email. Some runs may had DAQ problems
but they may never being reported.
Any way I will keep digging. Will be interesting if you can cook this
file and also A15 with your user_ana.
