[Eg6_analysis] New drift path parameters

Hi Mohammed,

I was looking over everything this weekend and I noticed a bug  in the
analysis code you sent (I am trying to understand what it does). On line
101 of the code init_paths_using_fit.c, the variable DriLen = 36 is set.
It is then reset on line 108 to DriLen = 0.

What is it supposed to be?

I can't tell because I can't figure out what the code is supposed to do
(not enough comments for my taste). I'm tempted to just ignore it, but the
results of this code will influence the data I need for my thesis.
