[Eg6_analysis] New drift path parameters

Hello Cristina,

This part of the code is used to find R(TDC) using DeltaPhi(TDC)
assuming drift speed is a constant. This line is an old feature from
my initial code where the variable was used to estimate the drift
speed and then iteration would help precise the value, but Mohammad
changed it and directly gives the result for this variable in recent
version of the code. So their is no problem, just the first
initialization is now useless and can be removed.

Best regards,
