Hello Stephen,
I would rule out this possibility, because we noticed this problem
when we connected the detector in the first place. After which we
cross checked the connections 4 or 5 times. However, what I would not
exclude is that the first mispluged connection might have damage the
preamps or the electronic by sending the +- 5V into wrong channels.
