[EIC-CORE] New CORE meeting time?

Hello Everyone,

Since our current meeting time at noon on Mondays had some conflicts, we are considering moving it to Wednesday or Thursday. Please fill out the poll below if you have a preference. The current time is listed as well in case you would rather keep it as is.
