[EIC-CORE] field map posted

Hello Everyone,

The latest field map from Paul has been posted on the CORE wiki.

At the moment the wiki does not allow uploading of text files, so I converted it to Excel. The currently permitted file types are png, gif, jpg, jpeg, ppt, doc, xls, pdf, pptx, eps, ps, docx, and xlsx. However, we can ask to have other extensions added. Please let me know!
