[EIC-CORE] [EXTERNAL] how to find/reference the CORE proposal

   Looking for the best way to be able to locate and reference the CORE proposal for our upcoming R&D proposal(s). I am only able to find via the web:

Btw, it seems not on the CORE wiki (well CORE wiki moved and Goggle can't seem to find it), nor does 
it appear to be in any of the material associated with the DPAP stuff (least I couldn't find it).

Ok, we can use the ref. I found above (would be version as of 12/1/21 I think) unless someone can point to smth else and/or there is a possibility 
-- as mentioned at the last CORE meeting -- 
that it could be put on the arXiv and get a 
citation listing during this coming week.
