[EIC-CORE] [EXTERNAL] Re: how to find/reference the CORE proposal

Dear Colleagues:
Thank you very much for the kind efforts and compiling this valuable proposal.
Lately I had been part of two active endeavors and traveling so could not participate actively
in the effort.
I would like to continue being part of this effort, with perhaps a more active part.
If possible and if anyone needs any help, I was wondering if anyone is involved in actual design, development and testing
of CORE tracking detectors and HCAL electronics, where I have expertise, I could help. I am not currently part of
any CORE sub-group, or any other group, would appreciate if anyone could write, if help is required.
I have some funding available for international travel to visit Jlab or any other facility and contribute on short one or two-week visits
and for longer time in summer.

Btw, it seems not on the CORE wiki (well CORE wiki moved and Goggle can't seem to find it), nor does
it appear to be in any of the material associated with the DPAP stuff (least I couldn't find it).

Ok, we can use the ref. I found above (would be version as of 12/1/21 I think) unless someone can point to smth else and/or there is a possibility
-- as mentioned at the last CORE meeting --
that it could be put on the arXiv and get a
citation listing during this coming week.
